Quarry is an AI platform that connects you to multiple language models. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to be transparent about every piece of information that flows through the platform.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Messages you send and receive within Quarry are stored to maintain your conversation history, enable cross-chat context, and improve your experience. Conversations are associated with your account and are private to you.
We collect anonymized usage metrics such as feature interactions, model selection patterns, and session duration to improve platform performance and reliability.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or billing address on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Files and images you attach to messages are stored securely to enable processing by AI models. Files are associated with your account and the specific conversation in which they were uploaded.
Your data is used to deliver Quarry's core functionality: routing prompts to AI models, maintaining conversation context, storing memories and preferences, and managing your subscription.
When you send a message, it is transmitted to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Moonshot AI, and Zhipu AI) for processing. Each provider has its own data handling policies. We transmit only the minimum context necessary to generate a response.
Anonymized, aggregated usage data helps us identify bugs, optimize performance, and prioritize new features. We do not use your conversation content to train AI models.
Your data is stored using Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication tokens are managed using secure, HTTP-only mechanisms.
Access to user data is restricted to essential platform operations. Administrative access requires authenticated credentials and is logged.
Your conversation history and account data are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which will immediately and permanently remove all associated data.
Quarry integrates with multiple AI providers to process your prompts. These providers may temporarily process your message content according to their own privacy policies. We do not control how third-party providers handle data after transmission.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Quarry is hosted on Vercel. Anonymous performance and analytics data may be collected by Vercel in accordance with their privacy policy.
You can access your conversation history, memories, and account information at any time within the app.
You may delete individual conversations, memories, or your entire account. Account deletion is immediate and permanently removes all associated data.
You can disable memory features, clear stored context, and manage your data preferences from your account settings.
Quarry uses cookies and local storage exclusively for authentication session management and user preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Quarry is available to users aged 13 and older (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.
Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use Quarry with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for the minor's use of the platform. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information without your consent, please contact us through the Help page so we can take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of Quarry after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how your data is handled, please reach out through the Help page within Quarry.
