Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Quarry. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using the service.
Agreement
By creating an account or using Quarry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. "Quarry," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Quarry platform and its operators. "You" and "your" refer to the individual or entity using the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Quarry. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use Quarry with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the platform on behalf of a minor, a parent or guardian agrees to these terms and accepts responsibility for the minor's use of the service.
What Quarry Provides
Quarry is an AI platform that provides access to multiple third-party language models through a unified interface. Features include conversation management, cross-chat context, memory, file attachments, projects, and specialized agents.
AI-Generated Content
Responses generated by AI models are provided as-is. Quarry does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for evaluating and using AI outputs. Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.
Third-Party Models
Quarry routes your prompts to third-party AI providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Moonshot AI, Zhipu AI, and others. These providers have their own terms and acceptable use policies that apply to content processed through their models. We are not responsible for the behavior, availability, or limitations of third-party models.
Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Model availability may change as we add, update, or remove provider integrations.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Quarry uses Google OAuth for authentication. You are responsible for the security of your Google account and any activity that occurs under your Quarry account.
One Account Per User
Each individual should maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or other restrictions is prohibited.
Permitted Use
Quarry is intended for lawful purposes including research, writing, coding, analysis, creative work, and general productivity. You may use the platform for personal or commercial purposes within the bounds of your subscription plan.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Quarry to: generate content that violates applicable law; attempt to bypass model safety filters or usage limits; reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract underlying model weights or system prompts; resell or redistribute access to the platform without authorization; harass, impersonate, or harm other users; transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code; or interfere with the platform's infrastructure or security.
Content Responsibility
You are responsible for all content you submit to Quarry, including prompts, uploaded files, and project configurations. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.
Plans
Quarry offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide higher usage limits, access to additional models, larger context windows, and other premium features. Plan details and pricing are displayed on the platform and may be updated from time to time.
Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us through the Help page within 14 days of the charge.
Usage Limits
Each plan includes defined usage limits. If you exceed your plan's limits, access to certain models or features may be temporarily restricted until your next billing cycle.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create and submit to Quarry. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. Projects and conversations are private to your account.
AI Outputs
Ownership and usage rights for AI-generated outputs may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI provider. Quarry does not claim ownership of AI-generated content produced in response to your prompts.
Platform
The Quarry platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of its operators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform without written permission.
Privacy Policy
Your use of Quarry is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Quarry, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Data Processing
To provide the service, your message content is transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing. You acknowledge and consent to this transmission. We recommend not sharing sensitive personal information, trade secrets, or confidential data in conversations.
No Warranties
Quarry is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quarry and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Quarry in the twelve months preceding the claim.
By You
You may stop using Quarry and delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion is immediate and permanently removes all your data.
By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we discontinue the service. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before termination except in cases of serious violations.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of Quarry after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
